We bring the rich tradition of Japanese gyoza culture straight to your plate. Our story starts in Utsunomiya, a city in Tochigi Prefecture, renowned for making the best gyozas in the country. Our recipe was lovingly crafted by a family who grew up perfecting the art of handmade gyoza. Every dumpling is made from scratch, ensuring that you experience the authenticity of this timeless dish in every bite.
